The fleet voted and they preferred the yahoo groups for several of the additional functions it offer. It emails the blog every day, has file sharing for photos and other things, etc… I hope you consider joining the yahoo groups.

ALSO, we will have a TBCSI Meeting at the Skippers Meeting at 10 AM. EVEN if you are not racing but can come, please do. We need your input on the 2012 Race Schedule and Fleet Elections.

We had 14 Boats registered and raised $1200 dollars to donate to Moffitt cancer research. It was a beautiful day and the wind was nice to say the least, watching a few dump. As usual we had chase boats for your safety (4) and did not have to use any, as things went well and safe. God willing and the creek don’t rise we’ll do it again next year for the 4th annual. Results have been posted by L.J. and added to the prepetual trophy. God Bless and remember it takes money to fight cancer and we all have it in our bodies Its just a matter of what it takes to make it surface and hopefully it never will. Thank again Freedom Sailor

Skipper’s meeting Friday night the 28th at the Dunedin Boat Club (at Dunedin Marina) ** FREE BEER **. Saturday is monohull racing and a Low Country Boil Dinner at the Boat club ($15). Sunday is Beach Cat racing off Dunedin Causeway. All types of beach cats are invited to race!
